Give the Lion a Haircut

Ages 3-4 · stretch 5-6 Scissors & Motor Skills Animals

A big, friendly lion whose mane fills a square. A grown-up cuts the lion out on the thick black line; the child snips in through the mane on each dashed line and stops at the big dot beside the face - shorter snips at the top, a little longer lower down. Then cut out the square crown and glue it on the lion's head. Needs child-safe scissors and a glue stick.

Ray says: One sentence is plenty. I rewrite the words on this game for them; the pictures stay put for now.
