Paint the Color Wheel

Ages 3-4 · stretch 5-6 Art & DrawingScience & Nature

One big six-slice color wheel. Red, yellow and blue are printed in color; the three slices between them are empty. The child mixes the two paints on either side and fills each empty slice - orange, green, purple. A tiny two-dab hint beside each empty slice shows which two to mix. A one-line primary/secondary note for the grown-up to read aloud. Needs washable paint.

Ray says: One sentence is plenty. I rewrite the words on this game for them; the pictures stay put for now.
